Certified Behavior Consultant, Susan Signor, provides state of the art methods to assess dog behavior problems that prevent you and your dog from enjoying the loving, fulfilling relationship you desire.

  • Contact Susan now to discuss your situation and to set an appointment
  • Provide a history of your dog and the problem behavior by completing the questionnaire.
  • Sessions can be conducted at your home, at the Dog Dilemma training facility, or via phone with internet video access, or a combination of these locations.

Susan will use a behavior analytic approach to assess your situation and develop, with your participation, a plan to modify the problem behavior. The assessment process will provide information to guide the construction of a behavior modification plan to:

  • maintain safety for all concerned
  • address management steps that can be quickly implemented
  • determine new behaviors your dog may need to learn
  • provide coaching for you on how to teach your dog the new behaviors
  • address other elements as needed for your individual situation

Each human-dog partnership is unique and your goals will not be the same as the next person’s. An individual behavior modification plan, to address your goals and your dog, has the best chance of success.

Methods used by Susan Signor follow the Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive (LIMA) approach to behavior modification and training. Read about the LIMA approach here.
